At Felicitas Gift, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your gift isn't quite right, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Package Your Item

  Ensure the item is in its original, unused condition and include all original packaging, tags, and the packing slip.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
